Measuring Success by Evaluating a Leader’s Effectiveness.
Mini-surveys are the primary method of evaluating a leader’s effectiveness and gauging the success of the CoachSource process. What follows is a typical result.
Has this person become more or less effective as a leader since the feedback session?
Nearly 57% of respondents felt that leaders had improved in overall leadership effectiveness at a “+2” and “+3” level. Over 78% respondents felt leaders had improved at a “+1”, “+2” and “+3” level. Nineteen percent of respondents felt leaders did not change, while nearly 3% felt leaders got worse.
Our mini-survey results are not only accurate measures of individual performance, but they can be combined for multiple leaders to offer valuable organizational insights.
