The Coaching Champions Community is a networking and educational forum that is open only by invitation to corporate human resource and learning leaders responsible for executive coaching within their organization.

The community supports opportunities for networking, strong peer-to-peer learning, and clear and concise take-aways that can immediately be applied to real-world corporate scenarios. 
 

We envision this community to be a small, select group of CHROs, CLOs, corporate executive development leaders, and those with similar roles within their organization . Executive Coaching Practice Leaders from non-profit organizations are also welcome.

In order to ensure a peer-only experience for leaders who oversee or manage the corporate executive coaching function within their organization, external coaching providers are excluded.

 

In 2019, CoachSource hosted one of the first Pan-European coaching forums called ‘Dedicated Best Practices in Executive Coaching’. Its success is what has driven the CoachSource team to build the Coaching Champions Community.Watch the highlight video from the 2019 Live Forum! Gina Chaney is an accomplished commercial leader and motivator with a 20-plus-year record of success driving the design, development, and execution of initiatives across sales, marketing, product, skills-based training and Inclusion and Diversity talent development programs for pharmaceutical giant, GSK. In her current role as an Inclusion and Diversity Business Lead, Gina is dedicated her role as an I&D strategist in identifying and leveraging opportunities to build a more diverse and inclusive organization through dynamic dialogues, coaching workshops and other business key I&D initiatives. Gina is adept at building, cultivating, and empowering teams to perform at optimal levels. Gina possesses an inspirational leadership style centered on her honed strategic planning, relationship-building, communication, coaching, facilitation, public speaking, and team-building skills. Key initiatives that Gina has led focus on Diverse Talent Programs such as the Accelerating Difference for Diverse Men and the Women of Color Field Initiative. The programs are coaching based and designed to develop and progress high potential diverse talent into senior roles within GSK.

Whitney Thoren, Sr. Program Manager, Learning and Development at Zillow Group

 

Whitney leads Zillow's executive leadership development programming, helping them to approach workplace challenges from new perspectives and with better tools. As a Senior Program Manager for the Learning and Development team, Whitney believes that today’s leadership requires empathy, humility, and adaptability in order to achieve incredible results.

Whitney holds a BS in Human Services and an MA in Organizational Leadership. Before joining Zillow, she ran her own leadership and organizational development consulting practice. Outside of time spent with Zillow, Whitney is part of a psychodrama learning community, a foster parent, and obsessed with her dog, Peaches.

 

Team coaching builds a work group's collective ability to collaborate and discuss ideas in more open and creative ways.
