Kimcee is a Partner and Chief Coaching Oficer (CCO) of CoachSource. Kimcee’s background includes over 20 years working in or consulting with companies in the areas of executive coaching, leadership development, organizational development & change management. She has a business background and has held executive positions, serving on the Steering Committees of three companies.
In her executive coaching practice, Kimcee specializes on improving interpersonal and group/peer relationships with others, communication, and helping executives advance their general leadership skills. She has worked with leaders in transition or newly promoted, those who need to focus on an area to achieve the next level in the company, and executives who want to improve a challenging leadership area. She is most effective with leaders who are passionate about their work, excited to learn new behaviors, and strive to continually improve their skills. In addition to working with individual leaders, she enjoys and has success coaching teams. Kimcee is both an executive coach and Engagement Manager for large coaching programs.
In consulting, Kimcee works on and manages initiatives with an emphasis on leadership development and change management issues including leader development, designing and managing large-scale executive coaching programs, individual executive coaching assignments, designing and implementing change strategy, training and learning solutions, graphic facilitation workshops, and facilitating group processes.
Kimcee is a founder/partner with Pente Consulting Group and an Engagement Manager with CoachSource. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and is a co-author of a 2007 book titled Executive Coaching for Results: the Definitive Guide for Developing Organizational Leaders.
