Jeff Nally, Client Service Manager for CoachSource, is an executive coach, speaker, and author with over 23 years of experience improving leaders, teams and organizations. His background includes working with c-suite leaders, corporate executives, and senior leaders in large manufacturing and healthcare corporations. He is the president of Nally Group, a brain-based coaching and leadership practice.


Jeff created and led the executive coaching practice for nine years at Humana Incorporated, a Fortune 70 healthcare company. Jeff was an internal executive coach at Humana where he led over 550 engagements including one-on-one and group coaching. He created and led Humana’s Women in Leadership coaching experience for the top 130 women in the company. Jeff designed a 360 feedback assessment based on Humana’s values and combined it with personality and critical thinking assessments to create The Humana Executive Assessment Portfolio for the company’s top 150 executives.

As an executive coach, Jeff works with senior level executives, business unit vice presidents, and department leaders. His corporate leadership, executive coaching expertise, and human resources expertise required that leaders align their coaching success to measurable business impact or outcomes.
