BEST PRACTICES IN EXECUTIVE COACHING THURS 12 SEPT 2019 MARRIOTT COUNTY HALL • LONDON • UNITED KINGDOM

Driving Value in Corporate Executive Coaching

An Invitation Only Event

This conference is one of the first pan-European forums for corporate human resource professionals who currently lead executive development and coaching initiatives in their organizations. Presenters and participants will engage in a frank discussion about the myths and realities of executive coaching in corporate settings, sharing best practices, learnings and insights.

The Forum is fully subscribed and we are accepting RSVPs for the waiting list only.

A By Invitation Only Opportunity

We invite you to join a small yet powerful cohort of human resource leaders who are looking to build their professional networks, to learn more about best practices and different approaches related to key issues in coaching.

Participants will have the opportunity to network with peers and hear from thought leaders on:

• Screening and selecting coaches – ensuring coaches and methods align with your culture

  • Observations and impacts of the industry's trend toward centralized coaching
  • Pros and cons of current technology used to manage coaching
  • Internal coaching versus external coaching -- how results compare and where this works
  • Measuring the impact of coaching –- evaluating and justifying the investment
