Coaching supervision is certainly another tool in the box of coachers that will enable them to maintain and raise the level of their own services to their clients. Having the ability to discuss professional and at times personal issues that may be impacting their coaching assignments will be invaluable for them to engage in self development. It will however be crucial that coaching supervisors have the necessary skills and abilities to conduct effective sessions. At the moment in Asia as mentioned, this is not yet being practised but I am certainly looking forward to it.
