You are invited to participate in the executive coaching field's most ambitious research study. A similar study was first conducted in 2005 and the findings were published in the book Executive Coaching for Results (Berrett-Koehler 2007). We are now repeating that well-regarded study.
The research examines coaching practices across four perspectives: organizations with coaching programs, leaders being coached, internal coaches, and external executive coaches. This research will yield findings across industries and various company demographics, and be used to understand both current practices and the evolution of coaching since the first study.
