Before founding The Wunderlin Company, Karen Wunderlin was a sales & marketing executive at GE. Her work with the company included serving as marketing manager for a $3 billion product business to managing a process improvement initiative that reduced new product development cycle times by 50%.
Since leaving GE, Karen has worked with organizations and individuals to facilitate change, growth and development. From Fortune 500 companies to small nonprofits, she has worked with organizations of all sizes and scope. It is this diverse history that provides Karen with unparalleled insight and tools for working with organizations of various sizes and structures.
Karen combines her experience as an operating executive with her knowledge of group processes to assist her coaching clients. Karen has worked in Europe, Asia, and North America.
