CoachSource Announces Three New Leadership Appointments

CoachSource, the world’s largest executive coaching firm, announced today the appointment of three new and instrumental roles within the organization. Keiko Hsu will serve as Director of Operations, Jeff Nally as Account Service Manager and Colleen Bastian as Client Service Manager.

“The coaching industry continues to grow at a pretty steady pace and we are happy to say we continue to grow with it,” says CoachSource CEO, Brian Underhill. “Our rapid development over the past several years has meant expanding beyond our small but mighty core team, to embed additional expertise into our structure and processes,” Brian adds. Expertise is certainly what these three bring to the table.

Keiko Hsu is a former senior executive from General Electric Company and an ICF-certified professional coach. Keiko’s strong 20+ year track record for transforming organizational culture to improve quality, productivity, customer loyalty, and growth in a variety of industries makes her a trusted advisor and leader for the CoachSource team.

In her new role of Director of Operations, Keiko will oversee the global team of CoachSource engagement managers (EMs) who serve their highest volume corporate clients. She will also manage the systems and processes to ensure that coaching engagements are executed to meet or exceed client expectations. Keiko has been with CoachSource since 2013 as Engagement Manager and certified executive coach.

Jeff Nally is an executive coach, speaker, and author who bring over two decades of experience combining the science and art of coaching to help executives succeed. Most recently, Jeff created and led the executive coaching practice at Humana, where he led over 550 coaching engagements, designed a group coaching program for executive women leaders, and launched the company’s executive assessment portfolio. Jeff is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and is a senior certified HR professional through SHRM and HRCI.

“CoachSource is Jeff’s first stop after being an internal coach and practice leader for many years, and we feel lucky to have his talents creating coaching engagements for CoachSource clients!” Brian says.

As Account Service Manager, Jeff will manage all strategic and day-to-day aspects of the organization’s newer and growing clients. Jeff will work with each client to craft coaching strategies and service the increasing demand for coaching. Jeff will transition clients with a larger number of coaching engagements to a dedicated Engagement Manager as coaching demand increases.

Dr. Colleen Bastian is an executive coach and consultant with over a decade of internal and external experience helping individuals, teams and organizations in the areas of leadership development and talent management. Colleen has worked with CoachSource for the past seven years, serving as both executive coach and Engagement Manager.

As the Client Service Manager, Colleen will be responsible for garnering new business by assessing client needs in order to bring them the executive coaching solutions they seek. This includes advising them on the implementation of external coaching programs as well as thoughtfully nominating CoachSource coaches to serve their leaders’ developmental needs.

“Between the appointment of all three new roles, 2016 is off to a very positive start, not only for CoachSource, with the expertise each individual brings to our company, but also for the clients they will be serving,” Brian concludes.
