Cindy McVay, Account Service Manager, has served as an executive coach, consultant, and strategist with 20 years of corporate experience working globally in engineering, operations, and professional coaching.  She has executed in complex business and diverse cultural environments.  She has worked as a senior engineering manager, a chief-of-staff for a Senior Vice President with over 3000 employees, and led the global coaching practice at Intel.  In this role, she was responsible for overseeing the internal and external executive coaches and engagements as well as Intel Corporation’s coaching strategy which has been recognized by the International Coaching Federation as being in the top six corporate coaching practices in the world.  Cindy has provided professional leadership and executive coaching in Fortune 500 technology and finance companies. 

 

As an executive coach, Cindy works with Senior Vice Presidents, Senior Leaders and department managers.  Her blended background of engineering, business, and coaching enables her to coach her clients while they deal with complex challenges of running a successful business. Cindy’s approach is to partner with senior leaders on the creation of individualized development plans tailored for lasting behavior change.  Cindy uses a blend of integral, or whole-person, coaching and brain-based coaching to enable both long-term transformation while achieving business and personal goals and seeing near-term results.
