Beth Carroll

In 2019 Beth joined CoachSource as a Client Solutions Executive, responsible for developing new business. Prior to joining CoachSource she spent over 8 years with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) as a Senior Project Manager, in Custom Programs for 3 years and an Account Manager, in Business Development for over 5 years. Before working at CCL, Beth spent over 6 years with Duke Corporate Education (DukeCE), holding positions as both Program Manager and Project Financial Analyst.

Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working with large Fortune 500 and FT Global 500 organizations such as Tyco International, PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM, Ingersoll Rand, Booz Allen Hamilton, The Coca-Cola Company, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Royal Bank of Canada.

Beth received her Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing from Campbell University. She is certified to deliver 360-degree assessment feedback for CCL’s 360-assessment suite, attended CCL’s Better Conversations Everyday (BCE), Leadership Fundamentals (LF), and Leadership Essentials programs, and Kevin Cope’s Building Business Acumen program.
