Colleen Bastian

Colleen Cassidy Bastian, PhD, is an organizational consultant and executive coach with over a decade of professional experience. She combines her business background and graduate school experiences to help individuals and groups in the areas of leadership development, talent management, communication skills, decision-making and planning.

Colleen has worked as both an internal and external consultant. Projects include coaching individuals who have been identified as top talent by their organization, the design and facilitation of focus group sessions at all levels, improving the design of leadership development and mentoring programs, and survey construction and analysis. She makes suggestions for change based on her research at the executive level.
 
At the present time, Colleen is consultant and coach at CoachSource, Inc. Previously, she worked at eBay Inc. and Pfizer Inc., where she was promoted to a leadership role as a specialty and hospital sales representative. In this role she spent a large portion of her time coaching her peers on their professional development, which included time management and work-life balance. She also was elected as her team’s ambassador and was chosen to represent her region on the Leadership Council.
 
She serves on the Leadership Council at The Society of Consulting Psychologists (Division 13) of the APA. Colleen has previously served on the board of Bay Area Applied Psychologists (BAAP).
